Information
Fees admit participants to scientific sessions, receptions,
awards banquet and coffee breaks. Registered participants will receive
tickets for entry to the Opening Reception and Awards Banquet and are welcome
to bring a guest(s) to these functions at the costs listed below. Tickets will
be provided at the meeting registration desk.
Early Registration
To take advantage of the "early" discounted rate,
registration must be received on or before August 27, 2007.
Advance Registration
Registration may be made in the "advance" category between
August 28 and on or before October 5, 2007.
At the Meeting Registration
After October 5, 2007, registration must be made at the
higher rate and at the meeting.
Registration Types
Academic/Government (member)
This registration category allows International Cytokine
Society (ICS) members who are employed in an academic or government setting to
register at a lower rate.
Academic/Government (non-member)
Registrants employed in an academic or government settings who
are not members of ICS may register in this category. Persons desiring to
become members of ICS are encouraged to complete the online membership
application provided at this website. (See Membership Application on the Home
Page
Industry
This registration category provides the opportunity for
participants who are employed in industry to register for the meeting. The ICS
encourages participation of companies and their representatives in the
international meetings and also offers opportunities for sponsorship and/or
exhibits. (See Exhibits/Sponsors on the Home Page).
Student/Resident/Postdoc
Registrants in this category must provide their advisor’s
name and e-mail address. The advisor will be contacted and must certify the
eligibility of the student by return e-mail.
Spouse/Guest
Tickets for the Opening Reception and/or the Awards Banquet
permit the spouse or guest (s) of the participant to attend these functions.
These may be purchased at the prices indicated below. This does not permit
entry to a scientific session. You MUST be registered as a participant
to attend scientific sessions.
Opening Reception
The welcome reception is scheduled for Friday, October 26
from 8:00 until 9:30 pm and immediately follows the Opening Session and Keynote
Address. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments afford an opportunity to meet
with colleagues and old friends in a festive social setting. A complimentary
ticket is provided to each registrant. Additional tickets for a spouse or
guest(s) may be purchased at the cost of $25 per person.
Awards Banquet
A special banquet is scheduled for Monday night, October 29
from 7:30 until 11:00 pm. This function will be one of the highlights of the
meeting with lively entertainment, and an excellent dinner. It is a wonderful way to end the last full day of the
meeting. A complimentary ticket is provided to each registrant. Additional
tickets for a spouse or guest(s) may be purchased at the cost of $75 per
person.
Refunds
Registrants must request refunds in writing. Refund
requests received after October 1, 2007 will not be honored. There will be a
$50 handling fee for any registration cancellation. All refunds will be made
after the meeting.
Receipts, Badges, Programs and Tickets
Receipts, badges, programs and special function tickets will
be available at the meeting registration desk. Badges must be worn to all
sessions and meal functions. Tickets are required to attend the Opening
Reception and Awards Banquet and must be presented at the door for admission.
Hotel security will admit only participants wearing badges to scientific
sessions.
Payment Options
 Credit Cards
The International Cytokine Society accepts Visa, Master Card
and American Express for payment of registration and other fees. Please include
complete credit card number and expiration date. You will receive confirmation
that your registration is received; however, processing of your credit card may
take up to two weeks.
 Mail a Check
Select the "Pay by Check" option after clicking Continue below and complete the online form. After you complete the form we will provide a link to download and print the Check Registration Form which also needs to completed and mailed along with your check.
- Checks must be written on US banks in US funds.

If your institution or company is providing
the check for registration fees, please request that they include your
completed registration form with the check. This will ensure proper credit of
