We are pleased to announce that the International Cytokine Society (ICS) will be holding a meeting in San Francisco, October 26-30, 2007. Attendance at the Annual Meeting is increasing every year and we are very excited about the prospect of about 600 registrants attending this year's meeting, Cytokines in Health and Disease, 2007.
A top notch program consisting of symposia, poster sessions and oral presentations covering a wide variety of interests and presented by outstanding contributors has been arranged. This international conference, the Fifteenth Annual Meeting of the International Cytokine Society, is designed to bring together leading investigators in cytokine biology, cancer, and immunology in a forum to illustrate the intersection of these expanding fields. The program emphasis is to integrate the major themes ICS, and to provide molecular insights into the development of novel therapies for human disease. Scientific themes range from new cytokines and new technologies, to the roles of cytokines in tumor immunology, cell cycle control, inflammation, host defense, and angiogenesis. The clinical impact of cytokines in cancer, and the use of cytokines as therapeutics will also be a major focus of the meeting. Recent seminal findings in all major cytokine families will be covered. Fundamental research topics will include signal transduction, apoptosis, gene regulation, and cytokine structure-function. Scientists in academic institutions, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries will be represented as plenary speakers. Senior scientists, young investigators, physician-scientists, post-doctoral fellows, and students will all benefit from the perspectives that will be brought together at this unique international conference.

Exhibits and participant’s poster displays will be held at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero in San Francisco and will be open for "browsing" during the hours that the exhibit hall is open. Poster sessions will be held in the exhibit hall during the designated session hours and coffee breaks will be scheduled in this area also. Exhibitors do not need to be present the entire time the exhibit hall is open. Suggested times are during breaks and poster sessions.
Exhibit applications will be accepted as long as there is space available, which is on a first come, first served basis. Space assignments will be made once the application and fee have been processed and will be confirmed by letter along with exhibit set up/dismantle and exhibit firm information.
The exhibit fee includes the complimentary registration of one representative per exhibit space, an 8 x 10 exhibit space (with pipe and drape), 6' draped table, sign and two chairs. Also, you will receive a full delegate attendance listing and a copy of the book of abstracts.
A listing of your company name, address, phone number, contact information, and product/service description will be included in materials distributed at the meeting. In addition, your company will be acknowledged in the final meeting program.

$645.00/person for additional booth personnel (This reduced rate available for up three (3) additional booth personnel)
We would appreciate receiving your application form and fee by September 3, 2007, although we will continue to accept them as long as there is space available. Check or money orders should be made payable to Cytokines 2007.
Exhibit Rules & Regulations
Only one firm may exhibit in a single space. Items or services exhibited or referred to must be those normally provided or manufactured by the exhibitor.
No application form will be processed without payment in full.
Refunds for exhibit space will be made up to September 7, 2007, provided that the request for cancellation is made in writing. After September 7, 2007, fees paid will be forfeited and space may be resold or reassigned.
All representatives who will be staffing exhibit booths must be registered for the meeting. Exhibitors are allowed one registration with each assigned space. Up to three (3) additional booth personnel may be registered at the reduced rate of $645 per person. Additional personnel may register at the applicable industry rate.
Display materials that may be deemed by ICS to detract from the dignity of the exhibit show will not be permitted.
All exhibit furniture, electrical, other support services required must be provided by the exhibit display coordinator or hotel. Additional costs for these services (if required) are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Security will NOT be provided during non-exhibit hours. The property of the exhibitors shall at all times remain in the sole possession, custody, and responsibility of each exhibitor.
The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save the International Cytokine Society, the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Hotel, and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses, and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorneys fees arising out of or caused by exhibitors installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of exhibition premises or part thereof.
Advertising in Program Book
We are preparing a Program Book for distribution to participants of the upcoming meeting of the International Cytokine Society in San Francisco.
The program book will be the essential guide to the meeting program, containing exhibitor information, revised program schedule, late and/or revised abstracts and sponsor information. This book is in addition the Journal, which contains abstracts for the meeting.
We have limited space available in the book but would like to include advertising from our exhibitors. Having your ad appear in the Program Book is an effective way to expand your presence at the meeting.
